What campaign orders and metrics do I have visibility to?
You must meet at least one of the following two criteria in order to see a campaign order and its associated metrics:
- You are a content sponsor on the campaign.
- You are a fund sponsor on a campaign and your funds were used on that campaign, or if funds you gave to an intermediary were used on that campaign.
What spend do you see?
Fund spend is broken into 3 categories:
- My brand’s funds used on a campaign (whether issued directly to a partner, or issued to a partner via an intermediary)
- Partner’s spend on a campaign (charged to a partner’s credit card)
- Other spend, which includes funding from other brands or intermediaries with dollars that did not originate from you on a campaign.
- You must meet at least one of the following two criteria in order to see campaign spend:
- You are a content sponsor on the campaign.
- You are a fund sponsor on a campaign and your funds were used on that campaign, or if funds you gave to an intermediary were used on that campaign.
How can I see who placed a campaign order?
You can see who placed the order only if they are directly connected to you. If a partner who placed an order is not directly connected to you (either they ordered via an intermediary or they are no longer connected to you in the system), you may still see order, metric, and funding data you are eligible to see, but you will not see who placed the order.
How long will I see updates to my campaign metrics after I place a campaign order?
Campaigns have metrics updated for 120 days after order placement, except for digital ad campaigns. Digital campaigns (Google Paid Search, Google Banner, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) will only receive metrics updates as long as the campaigns stay live.
