Do I need to learn a specific language or technology to integrate with Aprimo?

No, you are not required to use any particular language or technology to integrate with Aprimo. There are a variety of ways to integrate that use language independent technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, or flat files.

Does Aprimo build custom integrations for customers?

Aprimo does not build custom integrations for customers, but we’d love to hear about your integration request! Please work with your account manager or customer success principal to talk to an Aprimo integrations expert to see if your desired integration is eligible to become a productized connector. If not, we can still refer you to an Aprimo recommended technology partner to build an integration for you.

I’m looking for something that is not part of the developer's documentation. Who can I contact?

I need to integrate Aprimo with a technology that is not currently supported. What are my options to get an integration created?

Aprimo’s developer APIs are based on language independent standards and technologies. If you have questions about how to use a particular technology to integrate with Aprimo, please contact your account manager or customer success principal to talk to an Aprimo integrations expert.

Does Aprimo provide hosting services for integrations?

No. All developed integration must be hosted externally to the Aprimo SaaS product.

Does Aprimo offer training?

Aprimo offers both in-person training and eLearning content on the use and functionality of the application. Integrations experts are available to provide advisory services should the need arise. Contact your account manager or customer success principal if you’d like to speak to with an integration expert.

What support does Aprimo offer if I build my own integrations?

Aprimo provides documentation related to its available API as well as advisory services from an integrations expert. Please contact your Aprimo sales representative, your account manager, or your customer success principal to get in touch with an Aprimo integrations expert.
