Patterns

Patterns are the starting point for connecting Aprimo to an agentic orchestration platform. Before thinking about which platform you're using or which API to call, start here — patterns answer the question "what am I trying to do?"

Pattern	What It Does
Knowledge Pattern	Push Aprimo content into a platform's knowledge index so agents can answer questions grounded in your DAM
Invocation Pattern	Call Aprimo from an orchestration tool to take action — creating collections, updating metadata, retrieving files
Smart Link Pattern	Generate contextual Aprimo URLs that drop users directly into the right search results, record, or collection

These patterns are not mutually exclusive. Many integrations combine two or all three — for example, an agent that answers a question using indexed content (Knowledge), creates a collection from the results (Invocation), and hands the user a link to explore it (Smart Link).
